This cheese spread knife is made of stainless steel and porcelain. It has a nice, modern shape that will match any of your other serving pieces. It measures 5 1/4". Made in China. **Unfortunately we will no longer glue this item together if requested as we have done in the past. It will be sent as two separate pieces that you can glue after firing. You can use an epoxy glue made for porcelain, ceramics and metal such as Quick Grip which we carry or you can find it at a local retailer.
