Q :  Can i use velcro to attach to sailboat bimini? which velcro/ adhesive works?

     Yes , you can. And any industrial grade type velcro should work as long as it is rated to be able to handle the heat from the sun heating the panel. 

Q : Can i charger for a boat or RV?
