Zimbabwe customer bought 1pc 3KW hybrid inverter with built-in controller from us at June.2018.After he received the goods he found that the screen was not working,after checked with our engineer,we confirmed that it was our screen problem so i sent new screen board by DHL to customer and he replaced the screen and the inverter worked well!
Nigeria customer's engineer faced some problem after he installed our first 100KW solar power system among 1MW project.The controller showed overcurrent often and stopped charging the battery bank when there was strong sunshine.After checked with our engineer,we asked the customer to reduce the solar panel quantity in series connection and decrease the power voltage,then the problem was solved!China has 7hours time gap with Nigeria,but we promised to reply customer within 24hours once we received the message.

Q: Can the inverter switch automatically to national grid to protect batteries.
A: Yes. The inverter not only can connect to national grid but also can connect to third generator, as like diesel generator. When there is no sunshine and battery power is used out, the inverter will automatically switch to use national grid power and take the load and charge the battery at the same time. Please tell our sales before production.
