This machine is an economical controller specially designed for new energy such as wind energy and solar energy. It is a wind turbine charging controller with complete protection functions. The charging control part adopts PWM control mode, so that the battery will not overcharge or under charge. The use of world-famous power devices has long service life, safety and reliability. Working principle: the parallel energy consumption control scheme is adopted. When the voltage of the battery pack reaches the set value, the control unit automatically cuts in to work, consumes the excess electric energy on the high-power resistance of the machine, retains only part of the safe current to continue charging the battery pack, and automatically maintains the floating charge state after the battery is fully charged. Even if the battery is falsely connected or open, it will not cause the wind turbine to fly, let alone burn the battery and inverter due to the voltage rise. Cable connection： 1. Before connection, please confirm whether the number of generators, batteries and inverters match the parameters marked on the nameplate. 2. The green seven position wiring block is the wiring terminal of the battery pack and the generator. Please connect correctly according to the identification and pay attention to the polarity of the battery pack. 3. (optional) the green wiring bar at the back of the chassis is the RS485 communication port. The wiring method is clearly marked above the port. Wires a and B cannot be connected incorrectly, and communication will not be possible if they are connected incorrectly. The communication protocol is shown in the annex below. Using the controller： There are 2 LED indicators on the panel, and the green indicator (BAT) is the battery management indicator (this function has no output end by default, and this output end needs to be customized. When it is on, the load end has output, and when it is off, the output will be turned off automatically. When the controller turns off the output, the battery can be turned on automatically only when the battery power (Voltage) reaches more than 42V). The red LED light (Unload) is the unloading indication. When it flashes, it indicates that unloading is in progress. Generally, unloading will only occur when the battery is fully charged and the output of the generator is too large. LCD content on the panel: charging current (I = * * *), battery voltage (U = * * *), output power (P = * * *), real-time temperature of internal power device (T = * * *). In addition, there is a key, which is a special function key, which has no practical significance for this model. The LCD backlight is always on. In order to prolong the service life of the LCD backlight and prevent too bright at night from affecting people's rest, the brightness is set to a lower brightness, and the work information can be clearly displayed during the day and night.

There is a battery switch on the lower side of the controller. It must be closed (on) when working.

The charging work is automatically managed by the controller without manual intervention.
