Fischer-Tropsch (FT) wax is a synthetic wax produced by wax oil that made in the coal to oil unit . The wax oil is distilled to separate the mixture into fuels products and waxes with melting points ranging from about 52 - 115ºC.

Applications

1.PVC processing:F.T wax can effectively reduce the plasticizing torque; extend the plasticizing and thermal stability time. As the external lubricant of PVC processing, the lubricant is better than PE wax and paraffin wax,compare with PE wax,the dosage can be reduced by 30%.Used in outer-lubricant in the process of PVC profile, pipe fitting and plastic molding. It improves the toughness of plastics products and makes smooth surface, high rate of pass, better plasticizing efficiency.2.Hot melt adhesive:F.T wax with the characteristics of narrow distribution of MW, high melting point, low viscosity, fast solidification, has good compatibility with EVA resin and petroleum resin, has good thermal stability, will not change color in a few hours under 180°C baking. Suitable to be used in hot melt coating, can replace the imported products. 3.Color master batch(Used as inner-dispersant in color master batch process)F.T wax with narrow distribution of MW,odorless, suitable for master batch, it has very good Wettability with pigments and fillers, and can reduce the viscosity of LDPE resin, can significantly reduce the processing current in production, so it can save energy.4. Used as dispersant in ink and paint industry. Better anti-sedimentation makes better gloss and stereo sense.5. In rubber industry, it can improve the surface brightness and smoothness after products taking off the membrane, reduce the dosage of paraffin wax and reduce the production cost.6. Widely used in wax products, for example, floor wax, car wax, polish wax, candle etc. It can improve the softening point, strength and surface gloss.
