Overview

SFBS system is mainly used for central supply of domestic hot water and hot water supply for commercial buildings.

Depending on different capacities of the water tank,SFBS mainly includes 9 common used models, 150L,200L,250L,300L,400L,500L,600L,800L and 1000L for different water requests.

Structure

SFBS is mainly composed of hot water storage tanks, solar collectors, workstations (controllers and circulation pumps), expansion tanks, filling valves, exhaust valves, collector connections and pipeline.

Working Principle

SFBS is a passive circulating split solar heating system. The heat pipe collector absorbs heat energy during daytime and,circulating pumps work under temperature difference control. At the same time, working fluid is heated fast when going through manifold,then transfers heat energy to the water tank or heat exchanger.

Solar collectors can be installed on the ground, on the flat roofs or inclined roofs where have efficient sunshine.The bracket needs to be fixedly connected with these bases.

Water tank is placed on the ground, preferably indoors.

Solar workstation is better to be mounted on a wall close to water tank.

Circulating pipe is connected by metal pipe like copper pipe or stainless steel bellows, and please pay attention, the PPR pipe is avoided.
