Scope of Delivery

 Fully pre-assembled unit comprising

- evacuated tubes based on the thermos flask principle

- manifold with direct flow heat conduction unit and dry tube connection

Collectors are packed in individual boxes. In addition, there is a sun protection sheet over the evacuated tubes.

Question1: Why customer choose Linuo Ritter?

Answer: Linuo Ritter International Co., Ltd focus on the solar collector, solar water heater, air source heat pump. It has four types of products to meet the different demand from the customer. Linuo Ritter also has big business scale in domestic market and overseas market.

Question2: What's your delivery time?

Answer: For repeat order, maybe 20days. for the first order, one month.

Question3: What's your payment term?

Answer: For the first time cooperation, 30% deposit, balance 70% against B/L copy. If the customer will set a long-term cooperation, maybe the payment term can be OA after placing many time orders.

Question4: What's your aftersales?

Answer: In general, we offer free charge of spare parts to the customer, if the customer have some technical problem, then we can provide technical supporting.
