Q: Can I have a free solar racking hook sample?MG Solar: If you only need similar samples, we can find it from our showroom, it is free, but you need to cover the courier freight. If you need a customized sample, you need to pay us sample charge. Welcome to get our free samples to test and check quality.

Q: What about the lead time?

MG Solar: Sample needs 1-2 days, mass production time needs 7~15 days for order quantity more than.

MG Solar: For sample package, we usually ship by DHL or FedEx. It will take 3-5 days to arrive. For big orders, we usually ship by sea, it will take 7~30 days to arrive, depends on distance.
