Car lubricants extreme pressure grease dropping point 190 ep grease

EP2 Grease is premium quality lithium based greases containing Extreme Pressure additives which confer excellent shear stability and high load carrying ability. These are suitable for situations dictating the use of extreme pressure grease, particularly, those subjected to shock loads.

EP 2 is recommended for multipurpose applications in anti friction and plain bearings, bushings and pins under normal operating conditions.

It provide excellent protection against rust and corrosion and resist water wash-out which makes them particularly suitable for equipment where moist or wet conditions are common.

It has drop point of 190 Deg C and penetration ranging from 265 to 295. It has 4 ball load carrying capacity upto 250.

Basic oil is of moderate viscosity, with excellent performance, can satisfy lubrication of heavy load lubrication points in the industries of metallurgy, machinery, etc.

The thickening agent is with reasonable soap fiber structure, uniform distribution, and lubricating grease structural features can be better maintained by the action of shearing force;

It has certain anti-rust property, which can prevent rustiness of bearings during operation;

Suitable for various lubrication methods. Grade 000, Grade 00, Grade 0 and Grade 1 have excellent liquidity, and ensure the pumpability of lubricating grease; The products above Grade 2 are applicable to the manual grease-pouring method.

Grease Usage Notice:

1. Position the grease in a ventilated, favorable temperature room. Protected it from dust and impurities after open, close the drum lid after using.

2. Cleaning the parts of lubrication before using, don’t mix using with other grease. If there is a little oil impregnate, blend it before using.
