structure can avoid "tunnel moistening" and reduce dust in the die box during the drawing process

JC-78 can be used in all wire diameter ranges based on precoating.

The pretreatment must have coating treatment, which is suitable for lime treated, borax treated and Phosphated wire rod.This product is mainly used for drawing high carbon steel or stainless steel wire, and is also specially used for some wire rod surface cleaning during processing, low carbon steel wire (iron wire) drawing. Such as: CO2 welding wire, tire steel wire, steel cord, prestressed steel strand, stainless steel wire, nickel and nickel alloy wire.

This product can dissolve 100% after drawing.
