Type of Biomass & Waster can be Used In HAITAI POWER Biomass Gasification System

For biomass gasification, the most important thing is that the biomass raw material contains pyrolysis gasification organic matter that is volatile. At present, the most common raw materials for biomass gasification are rice husk, wood chips, sawdust, straw, peanuts shell, corn cob, palm shell, horse manure, refuse derived fuel and so on. Different raw materials corresponding to different treatment methods and with different design of biomass gasifier, the gas composition is not the same, the calorific value is also different.

Our biomass Gasification process includes three steps. The first step is gasification, which convert biomass into syngas. The second step is syngas purification. The producer gas coming from gasifier usually contains contamination including dust, coke, tar and etc. The contaminants will be removed by the purification system to ensure normal operation of gas engine. The third step is power generating in gas engine. The high temperature waster exhaust gas may be reused by heat boiler to generate steam or hot water for civil or industrial use.

Q1.Are you a factory or trading company?

We have two modern factory. We have 50 factory workers and 5 of them are quality control and engineer guys. Welcome to visit our factory.

HAITAI take the quality into consideration prior. The price is based on the quality level and the order quantity. We have different quality level products for buyers option and discount is available from us when the order is big.

Q3.What's your warranty?

Re: All our products we offer one year warranty or 1500 hours which comes first.

Q4. If the goods in transit damage, how to do?

First of all, we will use stable packing, the possibility of the goods damaged during the shipping is low. If the goods is damaged during shipping and we covered the insurance, we will claim the insurance company and let them cover the loss. If there is no insurance cover, we will claim the shipping company and some times, we cover the loss of the goods for client.

Q5. Can we add our logo on products?

Yes, there are several ways to do this. We can put the label of your logo on the products or make the silk print of your logo on the products. It is free.

OEM and ODM are welcomed from GT. We have rich experiences in this area.

Re: 30-90 work days after we get the down payment, if your order is some special engine and alternator, then the delivery time is longer.
