Production Process

COCONUT SHELL CHARCOAL PRODUCTION PROCESS

Stage 1. Collect coconut shells:

Workers collect dry coconut shells from the coconut production facilities of Ben Tre.

Stage 2. Coconut shell charcoal stew:

Put the collected coconut shells into a specialized tunnel to turn coconut shells into coconut shell charcoal (common coconut shell charcoal) with natural size.

Stage 3. Grind coal:

After coming out of the tunnel kiln, coconut shell charcoal has a big piece shape. This is called the "natural" size of coconut shell charcoal. The coconut shell charcoal is then added to a grinding machine to grind the charcoal into desired sizes. Usually in Ben Tre, coconut shell charcoal natural size will be grinded into smaller sizes about 3x6 or 4x8 and quite uniform in size. After this process, there will be a by-product of coconut shell charcoal size 4x8, 8x20 and coconut shell charcoal powder fine

Stage 4. Forming charcoal BBQ:

The pulverized coal will be combined with natural binders and put into a mold and burned to form BBQ charcoa
