Automatic welding

Automatic laying of EVA, backing, automatic cutting of excess backing material100% automation of the entire production process

EL Testing

Use the mirror to inspect the appearance of the solar modules before lamination, and repair them if they are defective;

Visual Inspection

Through the turning machine, completely inspect the solar panel after lamination, and record the defects and feedback to the previous process

Flash Testing

Including temperature, power, voltage, current and other related tests, ensure 0~+5W Positive Power Tolerance

Safe Packaging

1st

Put the solar panel vertically on the customized pallet, and protect each sides of solar panel with a corner-protector.

2nd

First use the packing belt to stabilize the solar panel for the first time, with the bar code upward for easy searching.

3rd

Put a customized logo carton on the bundled solar panel and seal it.

4th

Use packing belt for the second strapping,with corner-protector protect the carton from damage.

5th

Put into warehouse when packing is completed, To make full use of the container space, 4-6 pcs solar panels are added on each two pallets to reduce transportation costs while ensuring safety.

6th

Wrap the outer packaging with plastic film before transportation to ensure that it will not get wet.
