Hot-rolled units use mandrel to produce seamless steel tube. In the process of rolling , the mandrel is in

the steel tube whose temperature is more than 850 degree and which is at the high pressure and is to

Mechanism

JXR-2006 Powder Graphite Mandrel Lubricant is made of natural flake graphite, dispersant, organic

adhesives, surfactant, stabilizer and other auxiliaries. Firstly stir in water and then spray the lubricant

on the surface of the mandrel by special equipment. After moisture evaporates, the mandrel form a

layer of uniform smooth surface with high lubrication performance of the lubrication film.

In rolling production process, it can effectively reduce the rolling force, sharply reduce electricity

consumption and improve the quality of steel pipe inner surface, prolong the service life of the mandrel.

Due to the presence of high purity natural flake graphite, JXR-2006 Powder Graphite Mandrel Lubricant

has excellent lubricating performance and oxidation resistance and resistant to high temperature

1000 ~ 1300 ℃. Because the addition of surfactants, dispersants, adhesion and other auxiliaries,

it also has good mobility, dispersion, film-forming and stability, also with strong adhesion,

easy to dry (usually 10 ~ 15s).

Application

This product is mainly used for rolling high strength, high load steel tube, applicable to the PQF, MPM,

ASSEL MILL, ACCU - ROLL MILL and other rolling machine. At present, our JXR-2006 Powder Graphite Mandrel Lubricant long-term supply in Shanghai Bao Steel, Hengyang Steel, Xi steel, Pancheng Steel

Anshan Iron and steel, Baotou steel and other major steel mills in China, won unanimous applause from customers.

Is it convenient to use, just need add right amount water before use (generally the dosage of the water

is two to three times the weight of this product. In order to avoid affect products performance we not

suggested that the increase in the volume of water) and stir in container 40 ~ 60 minutes to be completely dissolved in water to form homogeneous suspension.

Spray the lubricant on the surface of the mandrel by special equipment, the surface of mandrel will form a

layer of uniform, smooth lubrication film after 10-15s.

Membrane layer thickness will be 80 g/m2.
