Factory Production Exhibitions

1. The solar panel adopts positive grade A battery slides with high photoelectric conversion efficiency and good stability. Every solar panel has a complete IV curve and the conversion rate reaches 23%. The solar panel adopts special chip which is suitable for cloudy day power generation, it's a selective spectrum chip, can absorb infrared spectrum through the clouds, shows a good weak light generation effect. The production line adopts automatic cutting machine, automatic series welding machine and automatic laminating machine.2. The Battery pack use 3.2V liFePO4 battery, working temperature range is from - 47 ° to 70 °, and discharge efficiency reaches 95%. By controlling the charge and discharge rate at about 0.2C, it effectively avoids this problem and ensures the low temperature performance.In addition, the configuration of solar panel and battery is designed, which charging current will not exceed 0.2C. It ensures working performance even in Hailaer. (daily average minimum temperature - 27 ℃).
