Products Description

For large-scale photovoltaic grid-connected power generation systems, in order to reduce the connection lines between photovoltaic modules and inverters, facilitate maintenance, and improve reliability, it is generally necessary to add a DC confluence device between the photovoltaic modules and the inverter. The photovoltaic lightning protection combiner box series products are specially designed to meet this requirement, and can be matched with photovoltaic inverter products to form a complete photovoltaic power generation system solution. Using the photovoltaic combiner box, the user can connect a certain number of photovoltaic modules with the same specifications in series and parallel to form a photovoltaic module array according to the DC voltage range input by the inverter, and then connect the photovoltaic module array to the photovoltaic lightning protection combiner box for confluence. The output facilitates the access of the downstream inverter.

Main function: 　 1. It can be connected to multiple solar photovoltaic arrays at the same time, each with a rated current of up to 10A and a maximum of 15A, which can meet the needs of different users; 2. Each input is independently equipped with solar photovoltaic DC high voltage lightning protection circuit, with multi-level lightning protection function to ensure that lightning strikes do not affect the normal output of the photovoltaic array; 3. The output terminal is equipped with a photovoltaic DC high-voltage lightning protection module, which can withstand a maximum lightning current of 80kA. 4. Using high-voltage circuit breakers, the DC withstand voltage value is not less than DC1000V, safe and reliable; 5. With lightning recording function, it is convenient to understand the intrusion of lightning disasters; 6. With real-time display function of current, voltage and power, it is convenient to observe the working status; 7. The protection level reaches IP65, which meets the requirements of outdoor installation; 8. With remote monitoring function (optional).

Installation : 1. Fix the combiner box on the bracket; 2. Loosen the input and output waterproof connectors, connect all the lines, and tighten the waterproof connectors. 3. All operations must be performed by professionals with corresponding qualifications. 4. This product is an electronic device, avoid installing it in a humid place. 5. The user must comply with relevant safety regulations during installation and use.
