Aluminum profile supports are quick to install, light in weight, corrosion-resistant and aging resistant. The main material aluminum alloy is 6063-t5, with wind load capacity of 40m/s, 32.5kg/m2 and level 13. It can withstand the basic snow pressure of 0.6kn /m2, and can resist the earthquake of magnitude 7. Smooth surface without burrs, spots and other defects, the supporting fastener is made of stainless steel. The profile of aluminum alloy can be assembled quickly on site.        Fixed base profile with standard loaders and modular connectors. Adopt the corresponding reliable fixation method for different working conditions to ensure the safe and reliable use of the bracket.

       The connection design between the photovoltaic module and aluminum profile installation adopts the dismountable structure, and the fixation methods such as bonding and welding are not adopted.

       The detachable structural components are made of non-rusting aluminum alloy, and the connection is strong enough to ensure that the pv modules do not fall off under any natural weather conditions. There is a gap between the aluminum profile joint to ensure the hot expansion and cold shrinkage between the photovoltaic modules and the mounting keel. The keel can be bolted to the reserved holes directly connected to the lower bracket or roof.
