Fuel briquettes Pini-kay are a type of solid fuel, an alternative to ordinary wood or coal, which are made of a pressed mass of woodworking waste (sawdust, wood chips, wood shavings, etc.) that is mainly used for heating buildings and water by special furnaces and other heating equipment. Due to their high density (1.5 times higher than firewoods’) and low humidity (5% of briquets VS 40-50% of firewoods), combustion heat reaches up to 25 Mj/kg ( VS 14 Mj/kg of firewoods and 29.3 Mj/kg of coal).

Minimal ash content (0,1%) provides maximal combustion heat and minimal residue.

Fuel briquettes of Pini Kay differ in the highest heating capacity, the smallest formation of ashes at combustion most less than the others emit harmful substances when burning. The briquette does not involve actively moisture from environment at the expense of the burned planes, thanks to it it is easy to store it without deterioration in qualitative characteristics.

A sustain wood briquettes is prepared according to RUFF and PINI-KAY technology, which means that the sawdust is pressed using high pressure, formulating specific shape of the briquettes. RUF produced mostly from pine and larch wood while PINI-KAY from Oak wood.

The consistency of RUFF and PINI-KAY is twice higher than normal wood. 1 tone of Wood briquettes replace 4 to 5 m3 of normal wood.

Wood briquettes does not consist of any additional chemical substations. The sawdust is predryed to 12% moisture, so the wood briquettes realese minimum smoke, and has very good burning structure.

Wood briquettes is packed in 10 KG plastic packages, consisting of 12 wood briquettes each package.
