How long warranty about this system?
The system has an estimated lifespan of 10 years than other plastic type, 1 year warranty.
The components will replace for free if you find some break during receiving and pls contact us within 7 days!
Is cooking on biogas as safe as cooking on LPG/natural gas?
Yes, absolutely much safer. Unlike LPG cylinders or propane tanks, the biogas in the system is not compressed and is stored at a low pressure.
Is there a bad smell?
The process of AD occurs inside digester tank, therefore does not release much odor.
Just maybe a little smell when you open the inlet to add waste in. The generated biogas also filtered by biogas scrubber to remove H2S.
