GAMKO ENERGY FAQ
Q: We like to buy your panels, cause the price is good, but the price is not most
important, I don’t like to buy the trash, how do I know your solar panel have a
good quality, everybody say they are A grade panels, how I can trust you?
A: the first, we make new panels not stock panel, we will providing the flash test report as below:
Series number, Power rates , voltage, current at this flash test report for individual solar panel,
The stock panel have no any database. You don’t know if they are defective or broken panels.
But its not enough.
Please ask Gamko provide the flash test photo and EL photo for each panel. The flash test photo
and EL test photo as below:
As a manufacturer, we are obliged to provide those report.
These report can provide after produce, before you make the rest payment.
Q: I am also worry about my payment safe, How can you guarantee me 100%
payment security?
A: Not only the buyer worry about the payment safe, the supplier also worry about that.
We were use 30% advanced as deposit, rest against BL copy, some of our customer pick up the
cargo with BL copy(So many country can do this way now) Some of our customer refuse to
make the rest payment cause they can waiting until customs auction. (The consignee has title to
the goods and the goods cannot be transshipped or returned without consignee's consent).
So if you do worry about the payment safety so either I, lets do “Alibaba Trade Assurance
Payment” for both safety.
The Trade Assurance service as below:
1, Payment protection
Trade Assurance will cover all payments made during the ordering process up to 30 days after
you receive the goods.
2, Product‐quality protection
Your order will be covered in the event that the product(s) do not match the details outlined in
your contract with the supplier*.
3.Shipping protection
Your order will be shipped on time according to the details of your contract with the supplier. In
the event of a delay, you will be eligible for a refund.

Your order will be protected up to 30 days after you receive the goods.

Q: How do you comply with your warranty terms if the solar products broken or
defective?
A: It's a hard question to answer. After all, we are not a big company like Trina or Jinko , so we
buy the quality insurance, After 10th October 2018, you buy the panels from GAMKO, bar code
number from GK20181010 ‐ GK20191010 , if there is any problem, in the case of my company
does not undertake, can take a loss by insurance company, however, we believe our quality, and I
believe if any quality problem, you can get the refund from our company directly. The warranty
with Stamp come with the cargoes.
