  SR7015 is a high-performance fully synthetic cutting liquid package prepared from various components,  It is environment-friendly, biodegradable, strong in cleaning ability, less foam, high ability in anti adulterated oil, resistance to hard water, and able to prolong the service life of cutting tool.

 APPLICATION

• SR7015 has been developed to formulate the synthetic liquid used for heavy load cutting and grinding machining, suitable for the machining of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, as well as high nickel stainless steel, but not applicable to the aluminum and its alloys machining.

DOSAGE

• Add 40% SR7015 into 60% water, can formulate fully synthetic cutting fluid concentrated fluid.
• The recommended dosage: 4-8% for grinding; 5-10% for cutting.
