2. The lamination process is immature

This two reason will cause solar cell cracking, it will reducing the power output dramatically, it will even cause short circuit and burning problem.

Delaminating problem will shorten the lifespan of your foldable solar panel dramatically.

We can design according to your requirement, like folds number, power output, handle, pocket, kickstand, cable leads, LOGO printing, nomally our client require silk-screen printing the LOGO on outside the pocket or kickstand, some require to print the LOGO on front of the panel, also you could arrange printing the specification data inside the pocket.

We offer die cutting, and advise materials for color box and brown box. Offer cost difference for you reference.

Power Station already included USB and Type-C output, no need to included them on foldable solar panel, it will increase some cost on it. We can make according to your power staitons' input connectors( DC5521 5525 7909, Anderson, XT60 etc.)

3. For Australia and other markets

So it need to included a controller and then just can charge their batteries. We can customize the cable lead size, lenght and connectors according to your markets' requirement.
