Solar Panel Major Testing Procedure:
1.Raw material( solar cell test): Every solar cell needs to be tested the electrical performance and carefully checked physically.
2. Solar Cell Welding: Solar cell is welded on the constant board by expert employee.
3.EL micro crack test machine: Before lamination, every panel should be 100% checked by EL micro crack test machine to make sure no micro crack on solar cell. This process is very important especially for solar power plant project.
4. Solar simulator: Every panel is 100% checked the power output by solar simulator before lamination to guarantee the strong power within tolerance.
5. Automatic laminator: We owns 3 automatic laminators, which ensure the excellent lamination of raw materials. Our yearly capacity reach 60MW and we proud of supply 240w-260w solar panel for solar power plant both home and abroad.
6. Automatic frame assembling machine: After lamination, the panel board is assembled by the automatic machine. This machine can reduce the chance of soalr cell crack by manual assembling.
7. EL micro crack test after cleaning: After assembling and cleaning, every panel is checked 100% by EL micro machine if micro crack happends or not for reducing the defect rate.
8. Solar simulator: Every panel is 100% checked the power output by solar simulator again before packing
9. Packaging: After power output test by solar simulator, every panel shall be visual checked by QC piece by piece and then go for packing procedure.
