Q1. Are you factory or trading company?

- We are factory and we have foreign trade department, welcome to visit us.

We have our own resources to manufacturer and develop solar products with competitive price, quality and also capable to export to any market by air or ship.

Q2. Do you offer free samples?

- No, unfortunately we do not offer free samples, customer is responsible for the freight cost and sample fees. Existing customers are subject to free samples and with every order we send one product different from his order for free!

Q3. What’s the delivery time and sample time?

- Usually the delivery time is 7~30 working days after the order confirmed, if you need the goods urgently,please contact us in advance.

- Sample time is 2-5 working days after received your payment.

Q4. Do you support OEM & ODM order?

- Yes, we provide Rongchang Solar, No brand (neutral) or OEM of your brand. Please be aware that some products have certain MOQ for full OEM; contact us for more support.

Q5. Can the price be cheaper?

- Our prices for the quality offered are very, extremely competitive and goods! Nevertheless for container QTY we can verify for discount according to our production costs.

Q6. What's the payment terms?

- T/T & Bank wires, to Mainland company account or to HK.

Q7. How about the packing?

- Standard packing or according to the requirement of customer, we support OEM and also suggest our brand Rongchang Solar.
