 Q1: For same power inverter rate inverter, why is your price a bit different from other suppliers?

A6: It is mainly due to the high-quality transformer. Transformer of ESG’s inverter is made of pure-copper coils (with the best conductivity and thermal diffusivity), which is a bit more expensive than pure-aluminum coils or copper- clad-aluminum coils.

Q2:What’s your payment terms?

A2: We accepted almost all payment terms, like T/T, L/C, D/A, D/P, O/A, etc.

Q3: inverterOEM  Service

A3: Firstly, we could print your logo on the inverter iron case, and put it display by LCD. Also, we could offer you a special discount if your quantity is large (to 500pcs or so). Moreover, we could print the iron box in the color you prefer but without any extra costs. Finally, once you place an order, we will provide you a solar panel free of charge.

Q4: - inverterWarranty Process.

A4: Normally, the inverter could work for at least 15 years and we supply one year warranty.

Q5:   inverter-How long is your delivery time?

A5: Usually, it needs 15 days from material preparation to products completed, but since we have many samples in stock, we could send out the bulk within 3-5 days if you need urgently.
