Jntech solar pump system covers any AC pumps from 370w to 132kw, mainly application for agricultural irrigation, village water supply, desert control, animal drinks, water treatment and so on.

Main Equipment Details

Solar Mounting Structure

The modules support structure is mild steel, hot dipped galvanized. It is of adequate strength and appropriate design, which can withstand load of modulesand high wind velocities up to 150 km/h. All nuts and bolts are made of very good quality and are corrosion resistant. Structure is easy replacement of any module. Fabricated can be grouted,rooftop, carpackingstyle.

Water Lvel Sensor

Mechanically activated device for dry run protection. The switch can be used to detect the water level within a well. When water level in well dropped below the level of the well probe, the  inverter will stop to protect. It is also used for overflow protection, once water in tank reaches the highest level which water level sensor set, the  will stop to save energy and water. Jntech solar pump inverter also have automatically dry protection without sensor, 95% projects use automatically dry protection.

AC Outlet Filter

The AC outlet filter connected between solar pump inverter and pump. It is used once the cable between inverter and pump is too long.Function:

Effective control of motor reflected voltage, protect motor insulation,prolong the lifespan of pump;Effective suppress the surge voltage on electric cable,protect inverter power module;Filter out PWM control high frequency harmonic, pump running more stable,improve system efficiency.

AC Power Pack

AC power pack will hybrid both AC input and solar input for inverter to make pump working 24 hours with full load.Features:

AC Submersible Pump

15kw stainless steel AISI 304 submersible pump is with Inbuilt non return valve, mechanical seals which ensure no leakage.The motor is three phase AC motor, which can be operated with 380V, 50Hz.Operation condition:Solid grain-or-fiber-free dilute clean non corrosive liquid.Max. liquid temperature is 25℃. pH: 6.5-8.5Max. diving depth:≤70mMotor efficiency 91.9%, pump efficiency 72%
