Application



These electric pumps series are workable within maximum head, as there are no restrictions of BDC. With the addition of high head, high efficiency and wide high efficiency zone, they are suitable for distance water irrigation, high efficiency of increasing oxygen on aquaculture, pumping water from deep well, gardening, fountain and etc.
Working condition

1.Non-corrosive water; the volume ratio of sand content no more than 1‰particle size less than 0.2mm.
2.Max medium temperature up to +40℃; PH value remains 6.5-8.5.
3.Work close to the rated head and must be immersed in water.
Installation
1)Connecting to a longer cable
When pumping the water from the depth which is less than 50m, the cross-sectional area of cable should be 3 mm2 . Or the cross-sectional area of cable should be more than 3 mm2. Use the parts contained in the cable connector kit (heat-shrink tube and tape) to connect a longer supply wire to the pump. If you don’t have a heat gun to shrink the tube, the barrel of your soldering iron will do or you can use a butane torch but with great care so you don’t melt the insulation or set it on fire. Bare the insulation back as shown above.
1. Layout the components needed to make the joints.
2. Put the large diameter piece of heat-shrink over the main cable and then the smaller diameter pieces over the individual wires. Keep the heatshrink back away from the joints as you solder them. Any heat transfer will prematurely shrink the
heat-shrink.
3&4. Slide the small heat-shrink over the soldered joints and heat using a heat gun or alternative heat source to shrink the sleeve down over the wires.
5. Wrap the tape over the sealed joints.
6. Finally slide the large diameter heat-shrink over the completed joints and shrink to it.
